Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Terrarom collects and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

Account details (your name and email), the images and metadata you upload, and basic usage needed to run the Service. We do not sell your data, ever.

Processors we use

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), and Neon (database). Your data is processed by these providers only to deliver the Service.

How we use your data

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, and respond to support requests. Workspace content is visible only to members of that workspace.

Retention & deletion

You can delete images at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your content from active systems. Request anything at privacy@terrarom.com.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
